Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This mid-senior level position is responsible for providing expert technical assistance to remote work-at-home analysts via phone, email, and instant messaging.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues involving multiple systems. A high level of CSAT scores is expected based on user feedback.

This role requires the ability to analyze ticket trends, identify recurring incidents and root causes, and ensure that the technical knowledge base and documentation are up-to-date.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with teams to resolve incidents and escalating issues when necessary. Strong communication skills, experience in shared service environments, and comprehensive knowledge of Mac OS and Windows are essential for this role.
