Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Revenue Operation Department as a Senior Technical Advisor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and pain points.
  • Design and present solutions that demonstrate value and address customer needs effectively.
  • Conduct needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of product functionality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues and propose solutions.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields, as well as experience in Sales/Engineering and Management within the Technology sector.
