Workforce Development Specialist

About This Role
This position is critical to supporting our clients' recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of contract labor acquisition, including interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding. They will work closely with hiring managers, staffing specialists, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of these processes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong documentation and follow-up skills. They must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, they should have advanced MS Office skills and be proficient in tools used for task automation and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist hiring managers and staffing specialists in all stages of contract labor acquisition
* Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Manage worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes
* Provide regular updates to clients and suppliers via email, phone, or face-to-face meetings
* Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries
* Prepare program status reports for leadership as required
* Monitor performance against contract SLAs (pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, vendor compliance tracking)
Requirements
* 0-2 or more years of staffing and/or MSP experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong documentation and follow-up skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced MS Office skills
