
Senior Administrative Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector.
- Maintain Administrative Operations: Assist management in day-to-day administrative activities, including record-keeping, data entry, and report generation.
- Liaise with External Agencies: Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies and handle related issues, such as incident reporting and investigation.
- Coordinate Human Resources Activities: Write administrative and HR-related letters, emails, and ensure planning, recruitment, training, and policy compliance.
- Resolve Labour Issues: Resolve labour compliance and technician-related issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide Employee Support: Provide employee counseling and grievance handling services, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Ensure Workplace Safety: Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- HR Experience: 3-5 years of experience in general HR, recruitment, compensation, benefits, attendance, leave management, training, and performance management.
- Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel nationwide for company-related HR activities.
- Quality and Time Management: Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Educational Requirements
Candidates must hold an MBA (Major HR/MIS) or LLB from a reputable university.
