This is not just another support position; it's a high-level partnership that serves as the operational backbone of a rapidly growing real estate business.
We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Partner to provide expert administrative support to our Founder. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can manage multiple priorities, drive communication, and optimize processes to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Founder's inbox, triage communications with clients, team members, and industry partners.
- Optimize the Founder's calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring preparedness and timeliness.
- Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals, keeping priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
- Coordinate travel logistics, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
- Manage personal logistics to ensure the Founder's life runs smoothly, including personal appointments and coordinating tasks.
- Proactively identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks.
- Proven experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager, preferably supporting founders or executives.
- Experience in the real estate industry (US, CA, AU, etc.) is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
- Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
