We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Quality Evaluator. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media care and engagement, with a proven track record of fostering meaningful interactions with customers across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound communications, including chat and email, to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Collaborate with quality leadership, operations, and clients to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive balanced scorecards and profitability goals.
- Participate in calibration sessions and call listening exercises to ensure scoring consistency and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 1 year of experience as a quality analyst or evaluator in a social media/support environment.
- Internet savvy with familiarity across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
