Job Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective solutions to customers' inquiries.

  • Manage and respond to customer support inquiries via multiple channels including chat, phone, and email.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
  • Evaluate current customer support processes and work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for common customer queries and issues.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
