Job Overview

This role involves ensuring the quality of customer interactions across various touchpoints, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities in writing and speaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit conversations to ensure compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Document observations, including red flags and non-compliant agent behaviors.
  • Participate in call calibration sessions and contribute to team meetings to discuss feedback.
  • Provide training and coaching sessions as needed.
  • Analyze performance and communicate trends to the QA Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Analyst roles within Customer Service and Sales environments.
  • Data research skills and knowledge of data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to submit deliverables accurately.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set goals.
