About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric professional to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist in Manila.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with customers, proactively promoting HelloFresh products and benefits.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback efficiently.
  • Meet customer care team performance metrics and targets set by management.
  • Report and document issues to relevant departments.
  • Suggest improvements to internal procedures and processes.
  • Represent the brand positively.
  • Maintain expertise on company policies, tools, and systems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO setting.
  • A high school diploma or higher education qualification.
