Quality Assurance and Control Officer - is responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards based on client specifications and regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting incoming and outgoing goods, assessing supplier, compliance, and implementing quality assurance processes to maintain product consistency and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and verify the quality of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  2. Conduct regular quality checks and sampling of inventory in warehouse or storage.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product specifications and quality requirements are met before acceptance.
  4. Maintain and update quality inspection records, checklists and reports.
  5. Develop and implement quality control procedures procedures and standards operating procedures.
  6. Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and recommend improvement actions.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and reduce product defects.
  8. Others tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. With at least two (2) year experience as quality assurance and control in a trading fresh and frozen products.
  2. Knowledgeable of quality inspection procedures and standards.
  3. Willing to work at night shift to observe, learn, and get feedback from client regularly.
  4. Good Communication and coordination skills.
  5. Willing to go on different places and work on field on a regular basis especially in wet markets.
  6. With at least three (3) years of stay in previous company.
  7. Must be able to drive motorcycle and have a personal unit for mobility.
