Field Technician Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Technician, where you will be responsible for executing key field activities and implementing demand creation initiatives. As a Field Technician, you will work closely with farmers, retailers, and internal teams to build product awareness, strengthen brand credibility, and align with our strategic goals.


You will also be responsible for monitoring market dynamics, tracking competitor activities, and gathering and reporting field intelligence to help shape our responses. Additionally, you will report field indicators, provide timely updates to our Field Supervisor on Move Out Sales (MOS), crop development stages, farmer practices, and area challenges.


To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid driver's license, have a strong educational background in Agriculture or a related field, and demonstrate professional integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic. You should also be capable of delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.


This is an entry-level full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the agricultural chemical manufacturing industry.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
