Job Overview

The key to our business success lies in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Success Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving long-term value for our clients.

You will master the product by developing deep knowledge of our platform and use cases, guiding clients in adopting features that improve their workflow and ROI, nurturing customer health from onboarding through renewal, negotiating renewal terms and proactively managing churn risks, and surfacing upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative conversations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop deep, working knowledge of our platform and use cases.
  • Guide clients in adopting features that enhance their productivity and revenue streams.
  • Nurture customer relationships from initial engagement through ongoing support.
  • Negotiate contract extensions and mitigate potential losses.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for increased revenue and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives.
  • Channel customer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of targeted feedback programs that foster loyalty and retention.
  • Own and manage your client portfolio, tracking performance and sharing insights with leadership.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles, particularly those focused on retention and adoption.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate global client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in presenting product value and conducting client demos.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients (200-300 accounts) with structured engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and internal collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and multitasking.
