Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Job incumbent is responsible for building strong relationships with the Sales Team and clients, providing timely and accurate support.

This includes undertaking a wide variety of functions such as administrative support, coordination, and product/service problem resolution.

  • Provide professional support to the Sales Team and wider business.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
  • Attend meetings, record notes, and document key takeaway and action items.
  • Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP, ensuring all data is up-to-date, organized, and accessible.
  • Develop and prepare correspondence, documents, reports, and present them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
About You:
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager position or similar role.
  • Exceptional project management, time management, and communication skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and work autonomously.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
