Job Title: Learning Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Learning Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge training content.

This includes creating engaging and interactive digital learning solutions that cater to various modalities and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing Training Content: Design and create high-quality training content for complex projects, ensuring it stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to instructional design and learning technologies.
  • Consultative Support: Provide expert guidance to other instructional designers on the appropriate use of learning technology and universal accessibility.
  • Risk Analysis and Testing: Perform thorough risk/reward analysis and test new digital learning solutions to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Troubleshooting and Publishing: Troubleshoot publishing and reporting issues based on SCORM, xAPI, LMS, and authoring tool compatibility.
  • Custom Scripting: Enhance learning interactions and reporting outputs by implementing custom HTML, Java, and xAPI scripting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Adult Learning or Instructional Design is desirable.

Work Experience: Six or more years of relevant experience and four or more years of work experience utilizing scripting languages and technologies to enhance SCORM-based content.

Bonus Skills: Experience working in complex team environments, managing stakeholder relationships, balancing multiple priorities, setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing high-performing teams.
