Implementation Specialist I

This role is responsible for carrying the ADP relationship forward after a sale and enabling the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's industry-leading payroll and HR solutions.

The Implementation Specialist I will build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP's technologies to ensure clients achieve long-term success. Once ADP services are delivered, the specialist's efforts will have a direct impact on the day-to-day lives of clients' employees from paychecks to health benefits and beyond.

This role involves ensuring clients are comfortable using ADP's products and services. The specialist will partner with clients to learn and understand their business needs; analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; and guide and drive clients towards the best solution for their unique business needs.

Every day will be different because new clients span geographies and industries, requiring different solutions to satisfy specific needs. The top-ranked training provided by ADP will help set the specialist up for success in this role.

To thrive in this position, the candidate must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. They should be eager to learn and adapt well to change. The ability to build rapport, establish trust, and shine with professionalism is essential. Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing, are required to make sure clients understand and take action on information.

Project management skills are also necessary, as is the ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons. A college degree is not required, but the candidate should have basic project management skills and experience working in a client service or systems integration environment. Military experience with relevant skills such as teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through can also be beneficial.
