Learning Technology Solutions Developer

As a senior consultant, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge learning technology solutions. Your key responsibilities include designing, implementing and managing the adoption of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This platform should align with our business needs, be engaging and enable our employees to create innovative solutions for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical integration of learning content providers
  • Oversee technical implementation of extended enterprise/multi-tenant architecture
  • Provide tier 3+ technical support
  • Ensure application owner custodial and governance processes are complete
  • Manage change management of platform enhancements
  • Consult with business workgroups on leveraging the platform for learning needs
  • Collaborate with curators/instructional designers on platform functionality and enhancements
  • Support reporting & business intelligence requests for learning initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or three or more years of relevant experience
  • Experience in implementing enterprise learning technology solutions and/or SaaS/PaaS
  • Enterprise project and/or product management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

Additional desirable skills include:

  • Experience with LXPs and API integration e.g. Degreed, EdCast etc.
  • Experience with learning content providers e.g. Pluralsight, Coursera etc.
  • Experience with Workday Learning or other LMS solutions
  • Experience working cross functionally, influencing change in a matrix organization
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills
  • Experience with data analysis, statistics and visualization (with various BI tools)
  • Experience working and communicating with senior leaders
  • UI/UX design experience
  • Experience with SAML SSO implementations
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience with DevOps (Jira preferred)
  • xAPI coding and/or implementation experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches
