Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Salary: PHP 35,000 – PHP 37,000/month
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere in the Philippines)
Schedule: Full-Time | Independent Contractor | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

ASG Platform is looking for a tech-savvy, resourceful, and driven Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team and help streamline our fast-paced recruitment and operations. You’ll be working with advanced digital tools (including AI), managing executive calendars, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring clear communication across departments — all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage executive calendars, documentation, and high-level administrative tasks via Google Workspace
- Use AI tools and automations to streamline tasks and drive efficiency
- Support recruitment processes: scheduling, coordination, candidate communication, and data management
- Handle executive and candidate-facing communications with clarity and professionalism
- Solve problems proactively — from scheduling conflicts to process inefficiencies
- Maintain organized digital documentation (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Identify and implement improvements in administrative and recruitment workflows

What You Bring:
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Tech-savvy mindset: Comfortable with AI tools, automations, and digital platforms
- Excellent communicator: Clear and professional in both written and verbal interactions
- Proven work ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and quality-focused
- Analytical thinker: Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Detail-oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Independent & resourceful: Works well autonomously with high integrity and accuracy
- Recruitment familiarity is a plus — experience coordinating or supporting hiring processes is ideal
