Executive Assistant to the Director of Revenue – Up to $6/hr Manage the Director’s calendar and schedule recurring meetings (KPI reviews, month-end checkpoints) Prepare agendas, pre-reads, supporting files, and talking points for meetings Track action items, maintain dashboards/logs (AR aging, DSO, cash receipts, adjustments) Prepare executive-level notes, summaries, SOPs, and weekly/month-end revenue packets Support audit readiness by maintaining version-controlled documentation Limited external communication when instructed Qualifications: 3+ years supporting senior leadership in finance, AR/DSO knowledge, advanced Excel skills, excellent written communication 3. Administrative Assistant – Up to $6/hr Enter patient or client data from spreadsheets into internal systems Maintain accurate digital files and PDFs, supporting monthly reporting Assist with emails, calendar management, and document uploads Update basic website content and social media posts (templates provided) Perform LinkedIn outreach to prospective referral sources Follow internal processes accurately and maintain confidentiality Qualifications: 1–2+ years administrative or data entry experience, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Excel 4.
