Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Cebu. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing phone calls, maintaining communication with clients and staff, providing executive administrative support, and performing clerical tasks. The role allows for some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
