Job Descriptions:

1. Over-all in charge of the HR Department KPIs- Recruitment and On-

boarding, Training, Performance Management

2. Timekeeping and Comben, Employee Engagement and Relation

3. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with

the overall business strategy .

4. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,

grievances or other issues.

5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and

procedures across the organization.

6. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

8. Administers grievance procedures, and provides labor relations support to

the Management

9. Ensures compliance with all mandatory employment regulations.

10. Responsible in resolving employees' issues and handling complaints to

protect the general interests.
