Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Management Specialist and HR Coordinator to join our team at HR Ericka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, including experience with cars, permits, registration, insurance, and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver training.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet management, including safety protocols and risk management.
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in fleet management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite and will be expected to be amenable to working in a fast-paced environment.
