Description:
As the Head of HR Management, you oversee payroll, social insurance, other employee benefits, and disciplinary actions.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure fair and efficient HR management in compliance with labor laws, aiming to improve employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Requirements:
At least over 5 years of experience in HR and labor management
Deep knowledge/experience in payroll processing social insurance procedures and DOLE
Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in team management

Preferred
Experience in multinational companies or the same industry is an advantage
Experience in system management or project management

Work schedule: 9:00 - 6:00 Mon to Fri

Working hours are subject to change

Interview: 1st online, 2nd Exam (online), Final is Face to face interview
