Responsibilities:Team Growth and Business Development:
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the team's capabilities and expertise.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive engagement with clients and partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to support the company's expansion.
Partner and Client Management:
  • Independently manage relationships with partners and clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.
Sales Operations and Strategic Planning:
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer and partner information, sales leads, and progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client deliverables.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to design impactful sales materials and proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase Cymetrics' solutions.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve processes and strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
