Talent Acquisition Specialist | Expert in Sourcing and Placing IT Professionals across APACWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client home appliance sales efforts, including TVs, refrigerators, chest freezers, washing machines, and air conditioners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, market expansion, and sales team leadership while ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong sense of responsibility, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
- Passionate about sales and marketing, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in home appliance sales or marketing.
- Experience in Chinese household appliance brand management (TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Product Development: Identify and develop new markets, dealers, and product opportunities for home appliances.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Gather insights on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to drive strategic decisions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure sales targets are met by actively coordinating with internal teams and executing sales strategies.
- Dealer & Customer Relationship Management: Oversee dealer orders, after-sales support, and inventory tracking while maintaining strong distributor relationships.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- Channel Development: Expand distribution networks and build long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to execute promotional activities, enhance retail presence, and resolve operational challenges.
