
Admin Support Representative

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 2 years experience in customer service or administrative support
- High attention to details required for accuracy; responsible for identifying, pricing, and entering correct part numbers to be ordered
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills for internal and customer comms
- Experience with CRMs similar to Aroflo
What will you do?
- Initial tasks will include creating and sending out quotes to customers
- Will transition to receiving inbound calls as they get more exposure to the role
- Prepare and send service quotes to customers
- Schedule and confirm repair appointments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-service inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings
- Communicate effectively with technicians and internal teams to coordinate schedules
- Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner
