Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Manage office supplies, records, and documentation.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Handle the HR requirements of the business
- Assist in data entry, filing, and report preparation.
- Manage building admin responsibilities
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
MUST:
- Responsible and has a strong experience in handling compliance (e.g. Business, Permit, IPOPHIL Trademark, DTI, SEC, BOI,) and other Legal Compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
