Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Manage office supplies, records, and documentation.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Handle the HR requirements of the business
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and report preparation.
  • Manage building admin responsibilities

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

MUST:

  • Responsible and has a strong experience in handling compliance (e.g. Business, Permit, IPOPHIL Trademark, DTI, SEC, BOI,) and other Legal Compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
