Salary: 23,000.00 to 25,000.00 monthly

We are now looking for a Customer Care Representative who shares our values and is ready to contribute to our growing team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the flexibility to support both front-line customer service and back-office tasks. This role requires someone who can provide exceptional service while efficiently handling support documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience.

Accurately log and document customer interactions in the system.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Training and Admin department) to resolve issues and follow up on customer concerns.

Assist in administrative and back-office functions such as tickets, issuing SOA, and updating client records.

Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.

Adhere to Average Handling Time, SLA and company quality standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot, Axelerate), email platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to support back-office tasks in addition to customer-facing responsibilities.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
-
Experience in the education, healthcare, or training industry is a plus.
