Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying prospects, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, and providing excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product and service presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School/Senior High School graduate; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or related field is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to do fieldwork when necessary.
