We are looking for a Security Admin Support to safeguard enterprise IT assets through real-time monitoring, incident response, and proactive threat mitigation. This role plays a critical part in protecting sensitive data, maintaining system integrity, and upholding organizational security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full user access lifecycle management in alignment with established security policies.
  • Perform daily health checks on security tools including firewall (FW), web application firewall (WAF), data loss prevention (DLP), privileged access management (PAM), database activity monitoring (DAM), file integrity monitoring (FIM), and email gateways.
  • Detect, triage, contain, and document security incidents promptly across all monitored environments.
  • Collaborate effectively with Security Administrators, System Administrators, SOC Engineers, and other stakeholders to address security incidents and concerns.
  • Partner with system and application owners to align security practices with internal policies and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain standardized end-of-shift documentation, including open incidents, tool status, alerts, escalations, and relevant observations.
