JOB SUMMARY

The Admin Support is responsible for providing clerical and operational assistance to sales representatives, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and efficient client transaction processing. This role manages client accreditation requirements, contract documentation, system activations, and financial processing, supporting the seamless execution of corporate sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Administrative Support

  • Provide clerical and operational assistance to Sales Representatives to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales-related processes.
  • Maintain proper records of client transactions, agreements, and system activations.

2. Client Accreditation & Contract Management

  • Handle client accreditation requirements, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and processed efficiently.
  • Draft, route, and manage contracts and agreements, securing necessary approvals.
  • Ensure proper tracking of accreditation timelines and renewal schedules.

3. System Transactions & Activations

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of Business Administration or any related course
  • At least 2 years administrative experience
  • Amenable to be assigned in Makati area (Head Office)
