Territory Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Direct Field Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our postpaid customer base through proactive, field-based selling. You will engage customers directly, organize high-impact sales blitzes, and enhance our company's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive postpaid sales by directly approaching customers outside traditional retail environments.
- Develop creative outreach tactics to engage high-potential customers.
- Identify and engage corporate clients and employee groups with tailored postpaid offerings.
- Organize and execute sales blitzes within assigned territories to rapidly generate new customers.
- Plan and set up high-visibility events to create customer excitement and engage large audiences.
- Cultivate relationships with corporate accounts and employee group leads to foster repeat business and loyalty.
- Track sales performance and market intelligence to refine sales strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
- Generating leads and conversions from sales blitzes and events.
- Growing new corporate and employee group accounts.
- Conducting effective direct sales sessions, product demos, and high-visibility events.
- Receiving positive ratings and feedback from event attendees, customers, and corporate clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in direct sales or event-based selling, preferably in telecom or related industries.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools for planning and tracking sales events.
- Strong persuasive abilities and closing techniques for both individual and group settings.
- Proficiency in planning and executing sales blitzes and promotional events.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
