Territory Specialist / Direct Field Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Direct Field Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our postpaid customer base through proactive, field-based selling. You will engage customers directly, organize high-impact sales blitzes, and enhance our company's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive postpaid sales by directly approaching customers outside traditional retail environments.
  • Develop creative outreach tactics to engage high-potential customers.
  • Identify and engage corporate clients and employee groups with tailored postpaid offerings.
  • Organize and execute sales blitzes within assigned territories to rapidly generate new customers.
  • Plan and set up high-visibility events to create customer excitement and engage large audiences.
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate accounts and employee group leads to foster repeat business and loyalty.
  • Track sales performance and market intelligence to refine sales strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
  • Generating leads and conversions from sales blitzes and events.
  • Growing new corporate and employee group accounts.
  • Conducting effective direct sales sessions, product demos, and high-visibility events.
  • Receiving positive ratings and feedback from event attendees, customers, and corporate clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in direct sales or event-based selling, preferably in telecom or related industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools for planning and tracking sales events.
  • Strong persuasive abilities and closing techniques for both individual and group settings.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing sales blitzes and promotional events.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
