Job Purpose

As the Traditional Trade Head, you will be responsible for increasing brand presence in traditional trade stores, introducing hardware and appliance brands, creating strategic distributor partnerships, and implementing effective sales strategies for slow-moving products. Your role will involve reviewing current accounts to develop actionable plans that drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand brand presence in traditional trade channels, ensuring visibility and market share growth.
  • Introduce and promote hardware and appliance brands to retailers and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors, aligning with business objectives.
  • Strategize and execute sales plans for slow-moving products, offering discounts with higher margins for dealers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and implement annual business plans, including volume forecasts and route-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics.

Performance Metrics

  • Brand Presence Expansion: Achieve increased visibility and market share in traditional trade stores.
  • Product Introduction: Successfully launch and integrate hardware and appliance brands into the market.
  • Distributor Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributors.
  • Effective Sales Strategy for Slow Movers: Optimize sales of slow-moving products through strategic pricing and promotions.
