Job Summary

The Senior Trade and Events Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in driving B2B demand by executing trade marketing initiatives that align with Sales and corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of trade marketing initiatives, including merchandising, below-the-line (BTL) materials, and sales-driven promotions.
  • Manage all printed merchandise used by the Sales Team for selling purposes, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Plan and execute event marketing activities to enhance brand presence in B2B channels, resulting in increased visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to develop and implement campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing requirements, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee procurement, cost negotiations, and vendor performance to ensure efficient resource utilization, maximizing ROI.
  • Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on trade and event marketing performance, providing actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Analyze event-specific leads and sales impact, identifying areas for process improvements and optimizing marketing efforts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in trade and event marketing initiatives, driving business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.
  • 4+ years of experience in trade marketing, event marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management, building strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness, making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, driving process improvements and promoting a culture of innovation.
