The HR Manager specializing in Payroll, Compensation and Benefits is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing an organization\'s compensation structure, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and compliant with regulations while also managing the payroll process to accurately distribute employee paychecks; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all employee pay and benefits related matters within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
  • Design and implement compensation structures including base pay, incentive plans, and performance-based rewards.
  • Establish pay grades and salary ranges for different job levels.
  • Manage employee benefits programs like health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
  • Negotiate contracts with benefits providers and ensure cost-effective options.
  • Communicate benefit details to employees and address benefit-related inquiries.
  • Oversee the accurate calculation and timely processing of employee payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations including federal, state, and local tax deductions.
  • Monitor payroll data for accuracy and address any discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare reports on compensation and benefits data for management analysis.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits information clearly to employees.
  • Address employee concerns related to pay and benefits.
  • Provide guidance on benefit enrollment and utilization.
Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Taxes, Etc.
  • Preferably CPA but not necessary
  • 5 years and above experience in the same field
  • Can start Immediately
