Job Role Overview

The role of an HR Supervisor is to oversee and manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

This includes handling administrative tasks, conducting background checks, and coordinating training programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Management: Handle due process documents, conduct investigations, and facilitate disciplinary actions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform routine HR programs administration including compensation, benefits, leave, and talent management.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, maintain knowledge of industry trends, and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining Compliance with Local Employment Laws and Regulations
  • Reviewing Policies for Compliance and Making Recommendations for Improvement

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong background in employee engagement and labor relations
  • Excellent Organizational, Project Management, and Analytical Skills
