We help 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA sellers in scaling their businesses by implementing our proven systems and strategies. Our fully remote team of experts has worked with over 350 brands in the last 3 years and is currently partnered with more than 200 active clients.
We are NOT a 'Done-For-You' agency but rather a consulting firm with a 'Done-With-You' service model. We provide hands-on expertise to help our clients improve profits and revenues while integrating complete systems, processes, and frameworks so they can scale and manage their Amazon brand like top (7 & 8-figure) operators independently, without relying on us in the long term.

About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining Inbox Management and Sales Development. You'll be the first point of contact for leads who respond to our cold outreach (email and LinkedIn), as well as inbound leads from our Facebook ads.
Approximately 50% of the role is focused on managing and replying to inbox leads. The remaining 50% involves calling inbound Facebook leads and cold calling outbound prospects to book qualified discovery calls.
Responsibilities
Inbox Management (50%)
- Respond to leads who reply to our cold email campaigns (via Email Outreach software)
- Handle LinkedIn inbox messages from outreach campaigns and profile visitors.
- Reply professionally, schedule calls, and move conversations forward
- Keep inboxes clean and organized, with timely follow-ups and tagging in CRM
Phone Sales (50%)
- Call inbound leads generated from Facebook lead forms
- Cold call Amazon brand owners from pre-qualified lead lists
- Ensure meeting attendance through consistent follow-up
- Track all activity in CRM and report on performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing inboxes (email and/or LinkedIn), including replying to cold outreach leads
- 1+ year experience in SDR, BDR, or phone-based sales role, including cold calling
- Must have Amazon FBA knowledge — basic understanding of PPC, Listing Optimization, etc.
- Excellent English — written and spoken
- Confident on the phone, able to handle objections and book meetings
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Slack, instantly.ai, and Pipedrive
- Coachable, driven, and accountable to daily KPIs
