Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a versatile marketing professional to drive growth and build market awareness in the exciting embedded insurance technology space. You'll play a pivotal role in developing B2B marketing strategies that target enterprise clients while supporting various business functions in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This position offers the perfect blend of focused marketing responsibilities with opportunities to contribute across multiple departments, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup atmosphere where every day brings new challenges and growth opportunities. You'll work directly with leadership and have the autonomy to implement innovative marketing approaches using the latest AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging LinkedIn marketing campaigns and social media strategies to build brand awareness
  • Create compelling blog content and thought leadership articles with comprehensive company support and industry context
  • Support sales team with outreach initiatives and lead generation activities targeting key enterprise prospects
  • Implement and optimize AI-powered marketing tools to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide backup customer support coverage and help triage customer inquiries during peak periods or team absences
  • Design and develop marketing materials, pitch decks, and sales enablement content for the business development team
  • Build comprehensive marketing funnels to drive awareness and interest in embedded insurance solutions
  • Execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns focused on telcos, utilities, and financial services sectors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support various business initiatives and special projects as needed
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (this is our top priority)
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, fintech, or financial services industries
  • Demonstrated comfort with AI tools and eagerness to adopt new technologies and platforms
  • Self-motivated professional who excels in remote work environments and can manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with North American clients and understanding of business communication styles
  • Adaptable mindset perfect for a small company environment where versatility and initiative are valued
  • Bilingual capabilities in French are a valuable bonus but not required
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different time zones with team members from coast to coast
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive results independently
