
Field Sales Representative

A field sales representative is responsible for generating leads, pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients in a designated geographic area. They typically spend a significant portion of their time traveling to meet potential and existing clients face-to-face, pitching products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additionally, field sales representatives often provide product demonstrations, offer after-sales support, and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the products or services being sold, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets set by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build long lasting client relationships
- Generating revenue and lead prospecting
- Monitor competitors and attract new clients
- Forecast sales, and meet sales target
- Resolve customer complaints, educate consumers on product features
Minimum qualifications:
- At least college level
- Must have strong background in sales
- Preferably with driving skills and driver's license
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Communication and customer service skills
