Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, with a focus on handling flight reservation inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position is for a Start ASAP opportunity with TORCH Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and handling a variety of flight reservation-related inquiries and issues
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions
  • Providing timely and effective follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent level of service
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
What we're looking for
  • SHS Grad + At least 6 months BPO International Voice Experience
  • OR College Graduate No BPO Experience Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide empathetic and effective problem-solving
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make informed decisions
  • A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
