We are seeking skilled hospitality professionals to fill a key role within our hotel reservation team. As an Online Assistant, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service via chat and email.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, booking confirmations, and cancellations through various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards in all written interactions, guaranteeing a positive impression of the hotel brand.
  • Record and update customer information and reservation details in internal systems to ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of six months experience in BPO or relevant customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a customer-centric approach to work.
  • Proficiency in computer use and typing to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
