Hotel Reservations Associate

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Hotel Reservations Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service while assisting guests in planning and booking hotel reservations.
  • Deliver quality results by meeting conversion and call-handling measurements to drive channel production and focus on profit conversion.
  • Ensure accurate reservation data for hotel operations, providing administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Main Performance Metrics:

  • Maximise revenue through upselling, accurate reservations, and effective inventory control.
  • Monitor groups, allotments, refunds, and reporting to optimise yield and performance.

Collaborative Environment:

  • Foster teamwork, communication, and strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and uphold standards of professionalism.

Guest Experience:

  • Deliver prompt, professional guest service, recognising VIPs and loyalty members.
  • Manage reservations, requests, and issues with effective service recovery.
  • Optimise occupancy and average rate under Revenue Centre guidance.

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) with colleagues, guests, and external partners.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
