What you will do:

  • Drives and manages overall performance of franchise restaurants within the area including achievement of sales, profit and quality targets.
  • Motivates and builds Restaurant Managers' capability.
  • Drives brand equity to strengthen leadership of the brand by building network within the area.
  • Understands the market within the area for competitive awareness and creates strategies to maintain the competitive advantage.
  • Aligns and disseminates to Restaurant Managers and OICs the approved Financial Goals and Strategies for the year.
  • Reviews budget of the restaurants based on company sales targets, expenditure targets and revenue targets.
  • Cross analyzes store performance and identifies good practices for area implementation and recommends to Operations Manager for systemwide implementation.
  • Uses understanding of market segments and competition in formulating strategies to promote customer goodwill and strengthen leadership of the brand in the assigned area.
  • Builds and maintains good working relationship with Managing Directors and Franchisees to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensures that Restaurant Managers and their staff keep restaurants to the highest possible standards, being well organized and that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
  • Sets performance targets, conducts performance setting and evaluation discussions, provides timely, regular and ongoing coaching and feedback, address performance gaps thru Individual Development Plan to ensure job satisfaction and success on the job.

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of a Four-year course preferably in BS HRA/ HRM/ HRIS or other management related course.
  • At least 3 years experience as Restaurant Manager and exposure with handling Franchise Stores is a plus.
  • Has technical skills for Financial, Crisis, and Production management.
  • Above average verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Has competencies for Influencing and Negotiating skills.
