The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) directly reports to the National Business Operations Manager, and is responsible in maintaining subdistributor and customer relationships, meeting sales targets, monitoring of inventory, assisting in the implementation of marketing programs and ensuring efficient sales operations within a specific geographic area by constant auditing, monitoring and training of subdistributor and store associates (SA). Coordinate and report necessary data and relevant information that are available by constantly communicating and interacting with various internal departments and Sub-distributors. This requires the ability to establish harmonious relationship, rapport and trust with all concerned internal and external parties. The TSM will provide administrative support to the team members and will assist in the different requirements of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular store visits to be scheduled on a daily basis. Audit to be conducted which includes sales and inventory monitoring, VM check (corrective action to be taken as needed) and in store training for store staff.
  • Depending on need, TSM may be stationed in Subdistributor's territory for a specific period of time to assist Subdistributors' on operational concerns/process implementation.
  • Communicating and monitoring targets across stores to ensure that this is met.
  • Setting and implementing performance standards across all stores based on TSA standards.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned in relation to above-specified primary tasks.
  • Provides Administrative and Support tasks required by the Department.
  • Implementing effective territorial marketing strategies
  • Meeting customers to settle concerns/disputes
  • Assessing sales performance of subdistributors and per store
  • Coming up with effective sales methods
  • Submitting reports to the National Business Operations Manager (NBOM) in a timely manner
  • Discovering new sales opportunities
  • Briefing prospective customers about services/products
  • Review, Processes and uploads SOs from subdistributors in his/her assigned territory, based on system configuration (Full Carton and Pre packs)
  • Updates the Subdistributor Order Monitoring file with uploaded and/or posted SOs and DRs
  • Monitor the progress, follow up if necessary, of all ongoing orders. TSM is liable from SO creation to delivery.

Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor's degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Min of 3 yrs working experience in Retail Store operations
  • With at least 2 year experience in handling subdistributors
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs Word, PowerPoint especially Excel (pivoting, formulas, etc)
  • Able to work under own initiative, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities w/ minimal direction
  • Above-average communication and 'people skills'
  • Good organizational skills and good time management skills
  • Preferable with experience in the fashion industry
  • Willing to be assigned or travel anywhere in the Philippines
