Overview

We're Hiring: L1 Service Desk Analyst (Urgent Requirement)

Work Location: Science Hub Tower or One World Tower, McKinley Hill, Taguig City (just a few blocks away from Venice Grand Canal Mall)

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule

Work Setup: 100% onsite / office-based

Project Duration: 3 months to 6 months

What We're Looking For
  1. Basic knowledge of software & hardware applications

  2. Familiarity with computer configuration and troubleshooting

  3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills (phone, email, chat, etc.)

  4. Willingness to be trained and grow in the role

What You'll Do
  1. Provide first-level troubleshooting and aim for First Call Resolution

  2. Escalate issues when necessary and follow proper escalation procedures

  3. Keep users updated with ticket status and ensure proper closure

  4. Work with tools such as ServiceNow, AD, VPN, Five9, Avaya, MS Office, O365, Cerner, Krono
