We're Hiring: Junior Service Desk Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support to internal users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while enhancing overall user satisfaction.

What You'll Do
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues

Respond to service requests via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner

Monitor and manage ticketing system to ensure prompt issue resolution

Assist in maintaining IT documentation and user manuals

Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions for recurring problems

Participate in training sessions for new technologies as needed

What We're Looking For
1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant technical support experience

Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus

A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous learning
