Seeking an L1 IT Service Desk professional fluent in Bahasa Indonesia to provide frontline support to Bahasa-speaking users, handle common IT incidents and service requests, and document internal notes in English.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot password resets, application access, basic network and workstation issues; provide remote support.
- Log, prioritize, and escalate tickets with clear troubleshooting history.
- Create and update user-facing instructions and knowledge base articles in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Diploma or Bachelor's in IT-related field preferred; 0–3 years helpdesk experience acceptable.
- Strong spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia; proficient written English for internal documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and ITSM tools.
