IT Service Desk Analyst & Team Lead | Competitive Salary | Immediate Hiring

Position: Service Desk Analyst

Salary Offer: ₱37,300 Package (₱31,500 Basic Pay + ₱5,800 Allowances) + 15% Night Diff.

Work Setup: Onsite | Graveyard or Shifting Schedule

Start Date: ASAP / October 2025

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 Years BPO CSR, TSR or Service Desk experience
  • At least Completed 1 Year in College

Position: Service Desk Team Lead

Salary Offer: ₱44,900 Package (₱39,100 Basic Pay + ₱5,800 Allowances) + 15% Night Diff.

Work Setup: Full Onsite,Graveyard or Shifting Schedule

Location: Upper McKinley Hl, Taguig, 1634

Start Date: ASAP / October 2025

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years Team Lead experience (Service Desk operational experience is an advantage).
  • To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue.
  • To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching.

Other Benefits:

  • HMO Coverage: ₱150K Maximum Benefit Limit (MBL) for the employee and three dependents, each with ₱150K MBL per illness per year. Coverage begins on Day 1 of employment.
