Job Summary

The Senior/Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide regular sales updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed budgeted room night sales and average rates outlined in the annual business plan.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and results-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
