Job Description
As a Channel Partner Manager, you'll strategically cultivate partner relationships, drive sales growth, and meet recruitment objectives across assigned markets or regions. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you'll champion diverse company solutions, possibly specializing by vertical markets, ensuring profitable partnerships and sustained business expansion through proactive collaboration and targeted initiatives.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 4 years of full-cycle sales experience (outreach, quoting, closing).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (specifically Salesloft and Salesforce).
- Previous sales experience with accurate forecasting ability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven creative problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills.
- Strong interest in pursuing a sales career.
- Collaborative team player able to thrive in team-oriented environments.
Your Daily Tasks
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinate company resources, including support, service, and management teams, to meet partner objectives and expectations.
- Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned partner accounts.
- Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs proactively and consistently.
- Sell to end-users through partner organizations, coordinating closely with partner sales resources.
- Manage channel conflicts by fostering clear internal and external communication and strictly adhering to channel engagement guidelines.
- Lead solution development efforts addressing end-user requirements by coordinating relevant company and partner personnel.
- Ensure partner compliance with established partnership agreements.
- Drive the adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
