Channel Sales Development Manager

About the Role
The Channel Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships. This includes increasing revenue through current partners, identifying and onboarding new channel partners in the Philippines, and developing relationships with these partners to generate targeted revenues.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop a go-to-market strategy by acquiring new partners and guiding them towards success.
- Create sales methodologies and demand generation strategies to support partner success.
- Assist partners in meeting or exceeding assigned targets and strategic objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of local industry systems, standards, practices, and trends, as well as competitor activities.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure partner/customer expectations are met or exceeded and to maximize brand awareness and sales pipelines.
- Represent the voice of channel partners with leadership teams by engaging in product discussions and translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights.
- Travel to channel partners and customer locations to foster strong, lasting relationships built on trust.
- Manage complex problems between multiple parties, including channel conflict resolution and contract negotiations.
- A higher education degree in business, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
- Possesses 3-5 years of relevant channel partner/territory sales/business development experience at a high level of achievement.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the CAD/BIM software industry will be preferred.
- Proven track record in developing and coaching successful sales teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, training, and management skills.
- High command of English language.
- Ready and able to travel.
